Band of Skulls Shares Their Inspiration Behind New Album & Perform Live In Studio

Band of Skulls, a band originally from South Hampton, stopped by Out of the Box to dish about their new album, Himalayan.

The band, consisting of Russell Marsden, Emma Richardson, and Matt Hayward, are happy to be back in New York City sharing that it is starting to feel more normal every time they come.

While, they enjoy meeting up with friends and stopping by their favorite restaurants while in town, they have had quite a busy trip so far. This week they appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers and performed a show in the same night.

They told Jonathan Clarke that they picked the album title, Himalayan, because they felt the album was big and going to be epic.

Check out the video below for the full interview and a studio performance of "Nightmares," a song they wrote last April.
